8mm FILM STOCK

Christian wanted a super retro looking music video. He wanted someone to think that his music video was filmed in the 70s, dropped into a cardboard box, pulled out of some old archive 40 years later, dusted of and rescanned.

So we shot it on my old hand cranked 8mm camera. Got it processed in the lowest quality we could, and used that for our master.

Every shot could only record for a few seconds — it was a complete retro nightmare.

I loved that crappy 8mm camera.
